PHILADELPHIA – Amtrak, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) will host an open house in June 2016 to provide details on the construction phase of the Paoli Station Accessibility Improvements Project. This project will include a series of improvements aimed at making the station fully accessible for all passengers.
The open house will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at the Paoli train station from 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Identical information/displays and project staff will be available and located in the northwest outbound SEPTA permit parking lot and the south inbound parking lot adjacent to the station. The open house provides an opportunity to review project renderings, discuss project details and review the project construction timeline. The project team welcomes questions and interest in this important project.
Accessible vans will be available at the lower northwest parking lot (SEPTA Permit Lot) to transport passengers to the area of the open house.
The public is also invited to learn more about the project by reading the Paoli Station Accessibility Improvements Fact Sheet or visiting www.septa.org/rebuilding.
